Job Description
Insight Surgical Hospital is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our medical staff at our Warren, Michigan location. As a PACU & Med Surgery Nurse, you will administer peri-anesthesia nursing care, oversee pre and post-operation care, and ensure a safe and professional environment for our patients and medical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care and building strong connections with our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional peri-anesthesia nursing care for patients of all ages.
- Deliver clinical care to patients pre and post operatively.
- Utilize the nursing process to provide superior nursing care.
- Supervise and guide other PACU or pre-operative staff.
- Interact professionally and courteously with staff members to support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing, current Michigan licensure, and BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous PACU, ambulatory care, or critical care experience preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
