Sales Associate

Job Description

Purpose of the Position: To sell glassybaby and accessories, promote the brand, and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and email. Responsibilities include selling products, maintaining storefront cleanliness, operating Point of Sale software, fostering customer partnerships, and sharing the glassybaby giving message.

Primary Duties

• Sell glassybaby and accessories to achieve sales goals.
• Greet and acknowledge guests entering and exiting the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory management.
• Operate Point of Sale software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote the glassybaby brand.
• Share glassybaby giving message and brand stories.
• Communicate efficiently with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about glassybaby products.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail software.
• Customer service or luxury brand sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently.
• Excellent vision abilities and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Compensation
