Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our medical unit team at ThedaCare. As an LPN, you will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and compassionate nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care across the continuum in collaboration with the care team.
- Contribute to patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and interprofessional approaches.
- Promote a culture of innovation and professional growth within the nursing practice.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin LPN Licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Physical Demands
- Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
Additional Information
- Schedule: Straight days 7a-7p with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Location: ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Appleton, Wisconsin.
- Weekly Hours: 24 hours.
- FTE: 0.6.
- Overtime Exempt: No.
