Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Bloomer, WI. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of production lines, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating production lines.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with supervisors and co-workers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and special projects as assigned.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electromechanical technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

This role involves physical work requirements, including standing, lifting up to 65 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
