Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. The role requires expertise in various areas such as PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work with robotic-driven equipment and PLCs.
• Ensure the proper functioning of AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Conduct electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
