Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team of professionals. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Carry out small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Ability to work weekends and travel to different properties within the region.
- Physical ability to lift over 50lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and walking.
