Manager - Facilities

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Facilities to oversee all aspects of facilities management at Friends of Youth. The role involves supervising Facility Technicians, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring the operational efficiency of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Essential Duties

• Monitor and maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Hire, train, and supervise Facilities Technicians.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, systems, vehicles, and equipment.
• Oversee ticketing/request system and prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with program managers and the Director of Facilities.
• Manage budgets, purchases, and compliance with safety regulations.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Project management and customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS365 Power Platform.

Compensation and Benefits

• Yearly salary: $75,000 - $93,750.
