Job Description

Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company, an industry-leading business with over 75 years of success, is seeking a Full-Time, Permanent Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The primary role involves providing administrative and general support to the marketing and sales department, as well as coordinating and implementing marketing and sales projects. This position requires versatility, creativity, and a dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute requests/leads via department email.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales projects.
  • Upload inventory photos to the website.
  • Update price guides as required.
  • Coordinate printing needs and manage inventory of printed materials.
  • Research, recommend orders, and track usage of sales swag giveaways.
  • Support execution of marketing activities.
  • Assist in event documentation and coverage.
  • Ensure sales reps have necessary tools and materials.
  • Prepare marketing material for trade shows and sales reps.
  • Support development and execution of advertising, email, and PR programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain supplies for the marketing department.
  • Create, maintain, and send CEU credit certificates.
  • Maintain marketing calendar.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in database software, Internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
