Job Description
Transdev is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Johnson County, KS. This position offers competitive wages starting at $30/hr or higher based on experience, including a $3,000 sign-on bonus. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a fleet of 93 vehicles, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to guarantee customer safety.
- Diagnose and accurately repair various vehicle components and systems.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work completed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual checks.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred, company training available.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Must have own mechanic's tool set.
- Subject to DOT drug testing.
