Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is a key leadership position responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive experience for our members. The MEL supports the General Manager in developing a high-performing team and ensures that the club maintains a welcoming and non-intimidating environment for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the club maintains the "UPLIFT" culture and provides an exceptional brand experience.
- Recruit, hire, and train all Member Experience Specialists (MES) team members.
- Lead by example and coach MES team members to provide a world-class experience for members.
- Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews.
- Provide coaching and feedback to recognize success and address opportunities for improvement.
