Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness plays a pivotal role in creating an uplifting and inclusive experience for both members and guests. As a dynamic and forward-thinking team member, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive the club towards outstanding results and foster a supportive and engaged community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance of an "UPLIFT" culture within the club.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of Member Experience Specialists (MES) team.
- Champion the non-intimidating VASA experience and create an exceptional brand journey for guests and members.
- Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews.
- Lead the team by example, providing coaching and feedback to recognize success and address opportunities for improvement.
