Job Description
At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Member Experience Specialist to deliver a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests every visit. This role involves greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections with them, ensuring timely problem reporting, organizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, the role includes creating a great first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and providing tours of the gym to guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and sign members up for personal training.
- Consistently find ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing member feedback with leadership.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards by following check-in processes and procedures, completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing retail sales.
