Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance member relationships to deliver exceptional service.
• Perform teller transactions, cash handling, account maintenance, and open new accounts.
• Generate and process loan applications, identifying members' needs and providing suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, adhere to policies, and ensure legal compliance in lending operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to identify member needs, build relationships, and deliver solutions professionally.
• Excellent time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
