Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Adult Outpatient - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding Adult Outpatient team at Marion County Health and Human Services. As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses in our community. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to support a high-risk population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Offer crisis intervention and specific intervention services.
• Act as a lead clinician, providing clinical consultation and assistance to interns and staff members.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of one year postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
