Student Radiology Tech Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Student Radiology Tech Assistant to join our team at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As a student radiology technologist, you will assist with imaging exams, perform diagnostic procedures, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality services while effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Job Duties:

• Perform various diagnostic routine procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and supplies for patients
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Assist technologists in other areas as needed
• Operate equipment and PACS system efficiently
• Report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Transition Opportunities:

Upon completion of the ARRT radiology registry, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Radiology Technologist position with additional benefits and incentives based on eligibility.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Enrollment in an active Radiology Technologist program
