Registered Nurse - Comprehensive Care Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Comprehensive Care Center team at Denver Health. As an Ambulatory Care Services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with diverse patients, families, and community members throughout their lifespan. You will play a key role in promoting healthcare consumer safety, quality outcomes, and excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments for patients in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identify health issues, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Work closely with patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to establish measurable goals and outcomes.
• Supervise and train clinic team members, ensuring quality services and care activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports, prepare patients for procedures and treatments, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in standards of professional nursing practice, medical equipment use, and effective communication.
