Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Childrens Behavioral Health - Relocation Offered

Children's Behavioral Health in Woodburn is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and family therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and deliver therapeutic services such as case management and care coordination. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and Transition age youth.
• Conduct intake mental health assessments, including screening for A/D issues.
• Document services to meet contract, administrative rule, and billing requirements.
• Provide consultation, training, and orientation on mental health treatment.
• Offer case management services and assistance with community supports/resources.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• State of Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in nursing or occupational therapy.
• One year of postgraduate experience in the behavioral health field.
