Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation program.
