Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center located in Baltimore, MD, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols and guidelines. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain clinical expertise, and create a safe environment. If you are a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, with experience in Emergency Services or acute care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and modify care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
