Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health located in Baltimore, MD. The position is full-time with a weekend commitment, covering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients according to the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, organization protocols, and standards of practice. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining clinical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, holds a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, has a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care, and possesses certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art facility with 17,000 square feet of space designed to provide top-quality emergency care. The department features private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
