Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center provides cutting-edge emergency care facilities, including a spacious and well-equipped treatment area, private rooms, and a specialized zone for behavioral health crisis management. The department is equipped with the latest technology, such as a CT Scanner for advanced diagnostics.
