Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients while adhering to established protocols and standards. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organization guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain competency and knowledge to support evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
