NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features 17,000 square feet of state-of-the-art design with cutting-edge technology and amenities for emergency care. The department includes private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner.
