Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, offers day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and organizational protocols. You will assess patient needs, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred.
- Completes orientation according to policy/procedures.
