Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a staff nurse working in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations and organizational standards. This position requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and knowledge to facilitate patient care.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
