Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to both day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. The role involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Emergency Nursing Certification preferred.
