Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for effective patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Additional certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat) required.
- Completion of orientation according to policy.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features advanced technology and amenities for emergency care, including private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
