Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Full-time Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a safe clinical environment. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with medical protocols and organization guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and promote a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications needed.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
