Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Nursing Graduate to join our dedicated healthcare team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for evidence-based practice.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
