NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. You will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required or obtained within specified timeframes.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
