Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to patients' needs, ensuring a safe environment for patient care. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, possess a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and have relevant nursing experience, preferably in emergency services. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications preferred. Completion of orientation according to organizational policies is necessary for this role.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts 17,000 square feet of modern design equipped with cutting-edge technology and amenities to enhance emergency care services. Featuring a spacious and well-lit environment, the department includes private treatment rooms and a designated space for collaborative patient care planning. Specialized facilities such as negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases and a behavioral health treatment pod are available. The department also houses a state-of-the-art CT Scanner for advanced diagnostic capabilities.
