NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room entails day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
