NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. In addition to developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, you will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery in a safe patient environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum of 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in other acute care settings preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, including negative pressure rooms for infectious disease isolation, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
