NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients according to protocols and guidelines, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State, and relevant experience in emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy.
