Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with protocols and guidelines. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within specified timeframes.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation per policy/procedures.
