Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, adhering to established standards and protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
