NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, specifically at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room department. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, including day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care, maintain clinical competency, and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers advanced facilities for emergency care, including private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
