Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join the Emergency Room team at Grace Medical Center, located in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
