Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position with day and night shifts in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients' needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
