NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, specifically for the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to provide safe patient care.
• Work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department with advanced technology and amenities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
