Outpatient Therapist - LCSW/LICSW 40hrs - Pediatrics

Job Description

We are looking for an Outpatient Therapist - LCSW/LICSW to join our team at Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. Working under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include conducting initial psycho-social assessments, providing ongoing therapy, developing customized treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in establishing rapport with clients and making referrals to community agencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited graduate school.
• License eligibility is required, with preference given to LMHC or LICSW.
• 1-3 years of pediatric experience is preferred.
• CANS certification is a plus.

This full-time onsite position offers flexible hours, with one late evening required per week.

Compensation

$32/hr for Masters Level Clinician with 55% overhead from yearly net profit brought in by the clinician
$35/hr for LICSW with 60% overhead from yearly net profit brought in by the clinician
