Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to provide personalized service, recommend products, and promote partner referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures to safeguard customer and bank interests.
• Demonstrate expertise in various banking products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Develop knowledge in consumer lending and new accounts, building and managing customer relationships.
• Pursue continuous personal growth through learning and adaptation to new systems and procedures.
• Maintain operational efficiency, manage cash levels, and promote communication internally and externally.
• Promote technology adoption in banking interactions, educating customers on digital platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of teller experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to concentrate and communicate professionally.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Readiness to travel for meetings and training sessions.
