Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse-RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for overseeing medication administration, providing health education to staff and residents, monitoring medical conditions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on healthcare-related areas to direct care staff and residents.
• Coordinate medication administration and evaluation, communicating with medical providers.
• Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions.
• Develop healthcare goals and collaborate on Individual Plan of Services.
• Participate in Person Centered Planning meetings and provide medical consultation.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Prior experience in specialized rehabilitation and mental health settings.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Skills

• Proficiency in eCare User is preferred.
