Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Nurse-RN to join Hope Network West Michigan. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating medication administration, providing direct health care to residents, and educating direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational support to staff and residents in health care areas.
• Manage medication administration, procurement, and evaluation.
• Monitor and treat medical conditions, collaborating with medical providers.
• Set healthcare goals and attend planning meetings.
• Conduct health assessments, examinations, and document treatment records.
• Offer leadership and support to facilitate program development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in medical treatment within a rehabilitation setting.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and eCare User proficiency preferred.
