Job Description
Join Golden Wolf LLC as a dedicated Project Engineer for an exciting opportunity working alongside the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). This full-time, on-site position in Portsmouth, VA offers a chance to provide crucial support in facility life cycle management through various tasks including project scope development, CMMS data collection, facility liaison, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide program support for a comprehensive Facility Management Program, involving project requirement determination, scope development, plans, specifications, and cost estimates creation.
- Assist with the development of Maintenance Action Plans and provide engineering support to the BUMED Facilities Management team.
- Coordinate information between various parties, conduct site assessments, and prioritize work actions based on facility condition and mission.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Secret Clearance or eligibility for an interim Tier 3 clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- 5-10 years of technical experience in Real Property Systems, ideally in Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or Electrical fields.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with two years related experience, or equivalent work experience.
- One year of specialized experience in maintenance program management.
