Position: Property Manager

Location: Pocatello, ID - Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments

11 Residential, a property management company in the Western US, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee two properties in Pocatello. The role involves managing leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring property occupancy, and enhancing resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain property occupancy and attract new residents.
• Approve lease applicants and evaluate market conditions.
• Manage revenue and expenses effectively.
• Provide customer service to residents and resolve issues.
• Coordinate resident activities and communication.
• Operate within budget and maintain curb appeal.
• Conduct Human Resources functions.
• Assist other properties as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Valid driver’s license and Yardi software knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
