Regional Support Specialist

Job Description

The Regional Support Specialist at Putzmeister plays a vital role in providing support to external PMA personnel, addressing customer queries, and ensuring seamless workflow practices. This position is responsible for various back-office roles and processes, including order confirmations, regular status updates, and coordination of deliveries. Additionally, the role entails resolving sales, service, or customer issues and maintaining various administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Provide order confirmations and regular order status updates to customers and sales representatives.
• Coordinate delivery and communicate delivery dates to customers.
• Address customer queries by telephone or in-person and resolve sales, service, or customer issues.
• Confirm receipt of final signed sales agreements and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for resolving external sales personnel customer and product challenges.
• Maintain and expand the heat map to cover a larger spectrum, including all product lines.
• Act as a point of contact for the assigned region and maintain new price matrices, material price groups, and customer price groups in SAP.
• Prepare all documents for finance companies prior to shipment and follow up on pre-delivery payment.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day issues and support inter-departmental coordination.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese language is a plus).
• 4-year college degree preferred and 1-2 years' experience in a related work scope.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and SalesForce is a plus but not mandatory.
