Job Description
We are looking for experienced Operating Room/Endoscopy – Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Hospital. As a Float Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures in our state-of-the-art surgical suites.
Responsibilities
- Perform circulating functions, including monitoring patient condition during OR and Endoscopy procedures.
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks.
- Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for use.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room or Endoscopy.
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
- Valid RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Flexibility to be on call on a rotating schedule.
