Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Goshen Health. As an RN in our state-of-the-art surgical suites at Goshen Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care during surgical and other invasive procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions, including monitoring patient condition during OR and Endoscopy procedures
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks
- Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for use
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of RN experience in the Operating Room or Endoscopy
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
- Colleagues with an associate degree must enter a BSN program within 12 months of hire and complete the program within 5 years
- Exemptions may apply for colleagues with extended nursing experience
