Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice Home Visits

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice Home Visits to join CareerStaff Unlimited in Dublin, GA. As a dedicated RN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring their comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to maintain a positive professional image.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage symptoms associated with terminal illnesses and adjust interventions for optimal comfort.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care plans in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hospice in-home experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience with HCHB.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Active RN license in Georgia.
